About Us

At Fat Beans Coffee Lab, our mission is to make high quality coffee approachable. We roast small batch specialty coffee to order and create a personal coffee experience for each customer. We combine the art of coffee roasting with the science of data driven results. Our love of coffee and desire to create a community inspired us to build this family business. We are continuing to learn and grow with each roast, and we hope to share a delicious cup with you along the way!  

By day, Bryan is a teacher and Julianne is a nurse. They have two young sons and they both look forward to their morning coffee ritual!
